Ben Forman is a 18-year-old real estate developer with a keen eye for opportunity and a heart for service. Currently a high school junior at Metairie Park Country Day School, Ben has already made his mark in New Orleans real estate by acquiring and renovating a blighted four-plex in Algiers. With a clear vision for impact, he is working alongside the Housing Authority of New Orleans (HANO) to provide quality housing for low-income families. Balancing purpose with a drive for sustainable growth, Ben is dedicated to transforming underutilized spaces into assets that benefit both the community and his business goals.
